Use HourSift as a review tool.

HourSift helps you prepare timesheets from Calendar information already available on your device. You remain responsible for checking event classification, time, rates, rounding, totals, client details, tax treatment, and any contractual or legal requirements before sharing or billing.

License and acceptable use

Your purchase through the applicable marketplace, such as the Apple App Store or Google Play, grants a personal, non-transferable license subject to that marketplace’s applicable terms. Do not misuse the app, attempt to interfere with its operation, or use it to create misleading, fraudulent, or unlawful records.

No accounting or legal advice

HourSift is not an accounting, payroll, invoicing, legal, or tax service. An exported file does not prove that work was sent, approved, invoiced, paid, or legally billable.

Availability and local data

The Apple app depends on iOS or iPadOS, EventKit, Calendar accounts configured on your device, and storage available to the app. The Android app depends on Android’s system Calendar Provider, calendars exposed by that provider, and local storage available to the app. HourSift does not operate calendar synchronization and cannot guarantee that a third-party account or device provider will expose every event correctly. Local app data does not sync between devices or platforms.

Keep any exported files and business records you need in a destination you control. Local drafts or history are not a substitute for a backup or system of record. Deleting HourSift data or uninstalling the app does not remove copies you previously saved elsewhere.

Purchases and refunds

HourSift is a free download with optional ads and a one-time in-app purchase that removes ads permanently. There is no subscription or feature paywall. The U.S. price for Remove Ads Forever is US$1.99; local price, tax, and availability may vary by marketplace and region. Purchases, redownloads, family eligibility, and refunds are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play under the terms and processes applicable to your account and region.

Limitation

To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided without guarantees that every Calendar configuration or business workflow will be error-free. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
